Jérôme is the founder of Butterfly Coaching, a coaching business specializing in individual coaching, leadership coaching, and team workshops. He sought to refine his messaging, improve his website, and attract more clients.

The Challenge
Jérôme’s messaging was too vague. It wasn’t clear who he wanted to help or the transformation he promised. His website was overcrowded, and it didn’t focus on user experience. Additionally, he hadn’t yet created compelling case studies to demonstrate his results
Here’s How It Came Together
Over three months, I worked with Jérôme through six coaching sessions to tackle these challenges:
1. Clarifying the Message:
I began by helping Jérôme refine his core message so it was clear and compelling to his target audience. The initial messaging was too vague and didn’t clearly communicate who he was trying to help or what transformation he was offering. We redefined his value proposition, focusing on the specific outcomes he could deliver for his clients and ensuring that his message was audience-centric.
2. Leveraging Past Experiences:
Through structured reflection, I helped Jérôme recognize the valuable insights and results he had already achieved with his past clients. This awareness allowed him to create compelling case studies that featured challenges, solutions, and clear outcomes. These case studies were instrumental in showing potential clients the tangible results he could deliver.
3. Website Overhaul:
A significant portion of my work focused on restructuring Jérôme’s website. It was initially overcrowded and lacked a focus on the user experience. I streamlined the design, focusing on clarity and ensuring that the website was easy to navigate, with a layout that emphasized the user journey. The new website layout was more user-centric, making it easier for visitors to understand Jérôme’s services and take action.
4. Developing a Lead Generation Strategy:
We brainstormed and developed a strategy to attract new leads through the creation of a freebie. This free resource would serve as a lead magnet, offering value upfront to potential clients and encouraging them to engage further with Jérôme’s offerings. The goal was to build trust with prospects and capture their contact information for follow-up.
5. Refining the Workshop Offering:
I worked with Jérôme to refine the offerings for his workshops, ensuring they were clearly defined and tailored to the needs of his audience. We focused on communicating the specific benefits and transformations participants could expect from attending his workshops, making them more attractive and relevant to potential clients.
Results
As a direct result of our work together, Jérôme successfully attracted two new clients during our coaching period. Additionally, Jérôme gained a stronger sense of confidence in his ability to communicate the value he offers, setting him up for continued growth.
