Do you know your target audience?

To the question “๐˜ž๐˜ฉ๐˜ฐ ๐˜ช๐˜ด ๐˜บ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ๐˜ณ ๐˜ฑ๐˜ณ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฅ๐˜ถ๐˜ค๐˜ต ๐˜ง๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ?”, it is FORBIDDEN to answer “Everyone”.

๐˜๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ ๐ž๐ญ ๐š๐ฎ๐๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐œ๐š๐ง๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐›๐ž ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ๐จ๐ง๐ž. 
1) because it’s not targeted! 
2) because not everyone is interested in your product. 
3) because it’s impossible to deliver a powerful message when you try to reach everyone. 

๐“๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ค ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ข๐๐ž๐š๐ฅ ๐œ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ, not only in terms of demographics (such as age, gender, earnings, location โ€ฆ) but by focusing on their behaviour and psychology:
– their lifestyle choices
– their values 
– their perceptions and beliefs 
– their dreams and goals in life
– their pains (what is stopping them from reaching their dreams or goals)
– their purchasing behaviour 

By understanding your customers mindset and attitude, you will be able to: 
โžก๏ธprovide a product/service that they really need (i.e. you will relieve them from one of their pain and help them reach their goal) 
โžก๏ธ articulate a powerful message that speaks to them 
โžก๏ธ find the right channels to talk to them 

๐˜๐จ๐ฎ ๐ง๐จ ๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐ซ ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐š๐ง๐ง๐จ๐ฒ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฆ๐š๐ซ๐ค๐ž๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐š๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐š๐œ๐ก, ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐›๐ž ๐ก๐ž๐ฅ๐ฉ๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ฅ!
